Life is a journey filled with various highs and lows which can trigger feelings of fear, anxiety, and uncertainty about the future. My goal is to support you by providing you with the tools you need to build resilience and become the best version of yourself.  I am passionate about working with individuals struggling with various mental health conditions including Depression, Anxiety, Emotion Regulation, and Trauma.  As a counselor, I am here to listen to your story and support you as you navigate life. I believe in meeting you where you’re at and working at a pace that is right for you. During counseling sessions, I provide a warm, safe, and inviting atmosphere. My approach is integrative and incorporates mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and other creative techniques/interventions.
