Being a young adult comes with big transitions and pressure to “have it all figured out”—but it’s okay if you don’t. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next step, therapy can help you feel more grounded and in control. I work with young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and challenges with emotion regulation. My approach is warm, collaborative, and paced to meet your needs. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, IFS, Exposure Therapy, and Attachment theory to help you better understand yourself and build lasting skills.  Additionally, I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based approach for individuals impacted by trauma or living with PTSD. CPT helps clients identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts related to their trauma, reducing emotional distress such as guilt, shame, fear, and self-blame. My goal is to create a safe space where healing feels possible and progress feels personal. You don’t have to go through this alone. I’m here to support you in showing up more fully for yourself and your life
