If you are seeking therapy, you may be troubled by your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, or relationships – or maybe all of these. But it is likely that you feel something needs to change. My job as your therapist is to support and guide you in this process so you can grow and thrive in accordance with your values. Through thoughtful, engaged conversations in a nurturing environment, we can explore your inner conflicts, patterns of behavior, and foundational beliefs. You will deepen your self-understanding and learn skills to successfully navigate life stressors.
I work with adults of all ages and teens, who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship issues, work-life challenges, and life transitions. My approach to therapy draws heavily from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and utilizes a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective. I firmly believe that each of us has the ability to change for the better, and I bring this optimism and commitment to every therapy session.
