A lawyer turned therapist? Throw in a stint as a SAHM of four, and that’s me-a lot of life experience and new beginnings. My educational background in both law and social work reflects my ability to think analytically and my passion for helping others. My therapy philosophy can be summed up in one phrase: it’s never too late to be better. To learn new ways of coping, to relate differently to the past, to improve relationships, or to understand your most foundational beliefs and ways of being in the world. This is what therapy is all about. 
I work with adults of all ages and older teens to help make sense of life’s experiences and see them as a source of strength and resilience, while building authentic and connected relationships and working toward goals collaboratively.  I integrate elements of multiple modalities in order to tailor therapy to the client's needs, personality, and goals.
