As a married mother to three adult children, I have experienced significant life events and
transitions over the years. I understand how challenging times can leave us feeling
overwhelmed and immobilized. Meeting our thoughts, emotions, and behavior with curiosity and compassion is the foundation for unraveling the complex web that can prevent us from realizing our full potential. Grounded in empathy and validation, I offer a personalized and holistic therapeutic approach. I integrate various therapeutic techniques, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive-Behavioral
Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),
and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I have experience treating depression, anxiety,
trauma, and adjustment issues. Together, we can uncover your inner strength and resilience and forge a path toward hope, purpose, and empowerment.

I enjoy working with children ages 3 to 12 years old.  I utilize play therapy interventions as well as other creative activities to engage children during therapy.  These techniques can be used to navigate big feelings/emotions and work towards emotional healing.

**I work with children in person and will be accepting new clients in August 2024.
