As a married mother to three adult children, I have experienced significant life events and
transitions over the years. I understand how challenging times can leave us feeling
overwhelmed and immobilized. Meeting our thoughts, emotions, and behavior with curiosity and compassion is the foundation for unraveling the complex web that can prevent us from realizing our full potential. Grounded in empathy and validation, I offer a personalized and holistic therapeutic approach. I integrate various therapeutic techniques, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive-Behavioral
Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),
and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I have experience treating depression, anxiety,
trauma, and adjustment issues. Together, we can uncover your inner strength and resilience and forge a path toward hope, purpose, and empowerment.

WALK AND TALK THEARPY

Walk and Talk Therapy is a Holistic approach to therapy that offers a unique therapeutic experience. Being outdoors acts as a calming natural environment, as you breathe in the fresh air and feel the warmth of the sun. You might find that the stress, worry, or fears you are experiencing slowly start to fade away as your body naturally starts to heal. This approach helps people learn how to use the outdoors/nature as an opportunity to think about things in a more positive way. *ACCEPT MOST MAJOR INSURANCES*
