Navigating life's challenges can be tough, and if you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, I'm here to help. Drawing upon my expertise in addressing the aftermath of physical trauma, disabilities, and chronic illnesses, I assist individuals in adapting and thriving after facing life's adversities.
My focus lies in harnessing your strengths to propel you towards your fullest potential. I integrate various modalities into treatment including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness techniques. I enjoy collaborating with clients as a way to foster positive change and growth.
I have a Master's Degree in Psychology and will graduate from George Mason with my Master's in Social Work this year, 2024. Additionally, I am a certified Health Coach and Behavior Change Specialist.
