I believe therapy is most effective when children feel understood, supported, and empowered to build on the strengths they already have. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where children and adolescents can develop confidence, strengthen coping skills, and navigate challenges with support from their caregivers and support systems.

I take a person-centered approach grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work with children and adolescents to better understand their emotions, identify patterns that may be impacting their daily lives, and develop practical skills to manage challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions.

I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and diverse communication styles. I enjoy adapting therapy to meet each child's unique strengths, developmental needs, and goals while collaborating with families to support meaningful and lasting growth.
Whether your child is experiencing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges, I provide a supportive and strengths-based environment where they can feel heard, build resilience, and develop tools to thrive.
